I mostly went because my wife really wanted to see it, but the orchestra ended up surprising me. The live music sounded huge and really clean, and the way they mixed the Chinese instruments with the Western ones was cool tbh.
Some parts did start to feel a little same-y after awhile, so it wasnt perfect for me. But overall it was a nice night out, and the music was easily the best part.

I went in expecting more of a fun dance-focused show, but the story parts ended up feeling heavy-handed to me. Maybe it’s just me, but the themes came across a little preachy and kept taking me out of the experience. I really wanted to like it, but it wasn’t my thing, and I kind of wish I’d picked something else

I was expecting a lot more for the price. Some of the dancing was decent, but a lot of it felt kind of repetitive, and there were a few moments where the timing seemed off. The music was also super loud, and the show started to drag after a while. Overall, it just didn’t feel worth the ticket cost to me.
